1. Apply alkaline with pump up sprayer to tile and grout area.
2. Agitate alkaline with grout brush in grout channel, other brush or rotary brush on tiles.
3. Rinse with SX-12, or other tile-cleaning tool. If after evaluation, soils still remain, apply acidic agent where appropriate and where necessary.
4. Agitate acidic agent with grout brush, or other brush  or rotary-brush on tiles.
5. Rinse with SX-12, or other tile-cleaning tool.
6. Apply alkaline to all areas where acidic was applied as a rinse agent.
7. Rinse with SX-12, or other tile-cleaning tool.
